Fresh “Spring roll” with vegetables of the season, Jarlsberg® and cured ham make an excellent starter. Get creative with flavours. Use your favourite vegetables to create your favourite spring roll or use exotic vegetables for special occasions.

Makes 12 rolls

12 slices Jarlsberg®
12 slices cured ham
2 carrots
2 fennel heads
100 g / 3,5 oz green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the assorted vegetables and Jarlsberg® into medium thin sticks and wrap cured ham around. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
