Gunnar Hvarnes; Chef of the year 2009.

TINE Export is participating at Tema 2009, the International Food Fair of Scandinavia, from 22.-25. February.

The fair is expecting 40.000 visitors, and is the biggest food industry fair in Scandinavia.

TINE is collaborating with subsidiaries Wernersson Ost and Wernersson Tølløse on the stand, and even though main focus is on Jarlsberg and Snøfrisk, there will also be cheeses from both Wernersson and Ilchester Cheese.

There will also be two chefs from the Norwegian Culinary Institute, among them Gunnar Hvarnes, who recently won the competition "Chef of the Year 2009" and who will be Norway's representative in Bocuse d'Or Europe 2010.
