Turkey Wrap with Jarlsberg

Ingredients
300 gr cooked turkey meat in ½ inch pieces
300 gr celery in ½ inch pieces
100 gr grated
Jarlsberg
4 tangerines peeled and in small pieces
1 apple
40 gr walnut kernels chopped
finely
chopped parsley
1 cup yoghurt ( melon taste if possible )
2 tbls sour cream
2 tbls
lemon juice
4 big mexican tortillas for wraps
pepper
herbs to garnish
How to make.
Mix the turkey, celery, parsley, tangerine, apple, lemon juice and walnuts into a salad bowl. Fill a wrap with
the salad and graded Jarlsberg garnish with fresh herbs. Mix the yoghurt, sour cream, lemon juice
and pepper into a dressing and serve on the side.
Serve with fresh bread and dairy butter.
