Snøfrisk Pasta with Mushroom
Try this unusual pasta sauce. Fast and easy to make but still so full of taste.
Serves 4
400g pasta, preferably tagliatelle
Sauce
125 g Snøfrisk
50 g grated Jarlsberg
500g mushrooms sliced
4 tablespoons butter
2 dl
milk
oregano
salt and pepper
How to do
Fry mushrooms in butter until golden brown. Stir in gently Snøfrisk and milk. Boil while stirring and spice
up
with salt and pepper. Boil pasta and serve on a plate. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated Jarlsberg
and decorate with fresh oregano.
Serve with garlic bread on a side.
