Summer Pasta Salad with Jarlsberg
Easy meal for hot summer days.
Ingredients for 2
100 gr Jarlsberg cut in small cubes
250 gr cold cooked pasta bows
2 chopped tomatoes
½ red onion,
chopped
½ canned corn off the cob, drained
Toss and mix into a bowl.
Dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 tbls lemon juice
1 handful chopped chives
salt and pepper
How to do
Give it a good mix together.
Serve the dressing and bread and fresh dairy butter on
the side.
Tip: A good dish to use cold cooked or fresh leftover vegetables in.
