Snøfrisk Dessert with Strawberries

Ingredients for white chocolate cone
100 gr sugar
100 gr egg yolks
2 cup double cream
60 gr snøfrisk
½ cup lime
juice
80 gr white chocolate
Ingredients for Strawberry sauce
100 gr strawberries
1 cup powder sugar
Some strawberries and dark chocolate
sticks for decorating.
How to do
Mix and cook sugar, egg yolks and 1 cup cream to a make a cream. Wisk continuously until the cream is thick
and
smooth. Cool off the cream and use a mixer and blend inn Snøfrisk and lime juice.
Melt
the white chocolate carefully over hot water. Mix into the cream. Make a cone like form ( or any other you
prefer) and freeze.
Blend strawberries and powder sugar in a mixer to make a sauce.
Serve the Snøfrisk frozen cream cones on a dessert plate with the strawberry sauce in heavy
dots. Place some
strawberries and dark chocolate slicks around the cone to decorate.
