Raspberry and Snøfisk Pie
8 portion / 10 inch pie form
Ingredients for pie base
100 gr dairy butter
3 cups flour
2 tbls cold water
2 tbls white or brown sugar
Filling
125 gr Snøfrisk
125 gr natural cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
3 ½ cup natural
yogurt
3 cups fresh Raspberries or raspberry jelly (remember to reduce the sugar if you use jelly)
How to do
Pie dough: Knead the butter in the flour and sugar. Knead in the water. Cool
for 30 min. in Clingfilm. Roll
out the dough with a rolling pin and fit in to a well greased pie form. Make holes in the pie base with
a fork and bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 200 degree C. for 15 min.
Filling: Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, berries and yogurt. Fill the prepared pie base (cooled
off) with
the mixture and bake in mid oven at 175 degree C. for 30 min.
Serve with vanilla dessert
sauce or ice cream.
