Sweet Dessert Fondue
Try this trendy new Ski Queen fondue. A warm sauce for dessert or for a sweet snack. Fantastic
dip for fresh fruit
and berries.
Ingredients
200 grams shredded SKI Queen (Gudbrandsdalost)
3 tbls maize flour
3 cups orange juice
How to do
Mix the cheese and maize flour. Warm the juice and let the cheese mixture melt.
Stir while cooking to
the boiling point until the sauce is thick and smooth.
TIP:
Instead of orange juice you can use apple juice. To change the taste a bit to suite the course, season with
spices
like, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger or aniseed.
Garnish with chopped fresh mint.
