Use Ski Queen in gravy and you will never want to be without again! Ski Queen will taste up your
gravy or sauce for

Ingredients
6 cups of gravy in a deep sauce pan.
1 cup sour cream or double cream (hold back if preferred)

tlbs grated Ski Queen
1 tlbs cranberry jelly
1 tlbs fresh herbs
How to do
Warm up the sauce on low temp. in a deep sauce pan and stir in the cream first, add the rest of the ingredients
carefully one by one, taste.
Serve on the side of meat from game, venison, calf or lamb.
Dont forget the seasonal vegetables.
