French Pancakes filled with Jarlsberg

French pancakes - simple and delicious in French style
2 thin pancakes
50 gr graded Jarlsberg for topping
Ingredients for filling
50 gr fried and chopped bacon
1 onion sliced and fried
1 apple cut into wedges, fried lightly
2 tbls finely chopped fresh herbs, like basil and lemon balm
How to do
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Lay out the pancakes and smooth half the fried part of the filling evenly
on each. Sprinkle on the
herbs and roll it together. Place the filled pancakes on a baking sheet and sprinkle on the grated
Jarlsberg.
Bake in mid oven for 15 min.
Serve warm with a fresh salad on the side.
